I'm closing in on 3 months postop and had salad earlier this week. It didn't make me sick but it was a lot of "work" eating each bite.

Cannot find that Vitamin Water Zero Revive anywhere. I've found the regular VW Revive but not the Zero. Not even on Amazon.

I was actually looking into trying their coffee drinks and was looking for sugar free flavors. I decided to peruse through their menu and came across a tasty, Protein high, reasonable carbs, and portion friendly Breakfast. It took me about an hour to finish it. And it was yum! I don't plan to make it a daily or even weekly event. But it's nice to know a decent breakfast on the fly isn't limited to a protein bar! Wake-Up Wrap:

Idk if I'm a huge fan of this. It could be interpreted as telling Mexi-Sleevers they don't belong with the majority. Tell your VSG story applies no matter where you go, right? And if you have one big thread, like Dr. Ponce's things get lost. I like reading individual stories. They saved my sanity while researching. And I am typically a big fan of, "a place for everything, and everything in its place." I do like the idea of expanding the Self Pay/Mx forum to include ways to categorize things if people so choose. Such as surgery location hotspots; TJ, Mexicali, PV, Cancun, etc...

I had a mini-vaca in LA b4 surgery while on my preop. The vaca it self was fine but the watching ppl eat while I was shakes and salads SUCKED! Ruined my mood and made me a cranky gal!

I feel pressure in my lower chest. Gaggy. Mouth full of extra saliva. Burps feel like there may be more to them than just gas.
