My mom was worried about the crime perception Mexico has but I wasn't really. I did my postop walking outdoors in the sun and fresh air. Of course it was March so the temp was mid-80's. No incidents that we experienced. Mexicali is not a touristy place tho! -
From the Quest web site, Amazon.com, or GNC. I went by my surgeon's advice on Protein bars.

They are definitely the least "candy bar" like Protein bar I've found but still easy to eat and can be a habit if its not monitored. -

She was a 16 in a different era. I think I remember reading if you compare her size 16 then it was would be a lesser number by today's standards. -

I guess I look at bmi when its in a certain range as a guide. I totally want to avoid being underweight and I want to be healthy inside and out, not just on paper. I don't want society to dictate how I should look. I want to reach a point where I'm satisfied and healthy. And womanly. I want to take the "ass" out of mASSive and put the "oo" in bOOty. I want curves, not rolls. But overall I want health. -

This may be against what society deems status quo but I'm looking, obviously, to be healthy but I really want soft round feminine curves and to be fit and healthy. Think a la Marilyn Monroe. Only a brunette bombshell! -

I do like the Summit County metroparks for hiking and some of the Stark Parks trails too. I prefer to get my fitness on, outdoors.

Hey all. Just wanted to touch base. I'm closing in on the century club!!! 12 lbs shy of 100 lbs as of last Saturday. Oh and my heart is staying in rhythm and I broke up with my cpap. I haven't used it for awhile but officially packed it away yesterday!!!! Adjusting to the sleeved life is a worthwhile adventure! :-D -
