It is a shame you Mexico contact went silent when communicated your complications to them. Due to the rise in Medical Tourism it is important they track the good, the bad, and the heartbreaking. To not do so is dangerous and disingenuous. Have you considered trying to contact your surgeon directly if possible?

When I colored my hair recently my shedding was heavier the day I colored it and the day after. Then back to regular shedding.

Some white wines burn. I think they may be a bit too tannic. Red wines, no problem. So far.

I've found a system that "seems" to be working. I believe it is working because when I am remiss in sticking with it the shedding increases. I take an extra B-Complex with Biotin plus my Multivitamin. I make sure to add a Protein soaked something to my day: ie a shake or Quest bar. I've also started using this shampoo/conditioner combo which smells amazing!!!!

I can now add Reduced Fat Triscuits with Laughing Cow cheese to my list of "food bricks". This may be worse than Pasta and I only ate 2 crackers!!!
