    Just a few things to ask yourself: Are you eating to fast? Are you chewing you food good enough? Not drinking with meals? Eating to much? Are you eating the proper food for the phase you are in? These questions are just a start, keep yourself in check and hang in there. It won't last forever. Good luck to you!
