So i went to speedway and i see this pacakage that says cheese jerky so of course im curious its called snack patrol which is cheese and jerky omg so good it has 10 grams of protein and makes a great yummy snack since i have been looking for diffrent things to snack on i put it in the microwave for 15 seconds love the warm cheese melting feel hope u guys enjoy

hey boo either way i just like mines that way and yes the jerky is in the cheese for some reason i cant eat the jerky alone but with the cheese its on lol

it is girlfriend and im really picky

so i been in a stall for a month now im 3 months out i have been 225 for about 5 weeks i upped my protein upped my food intake lowered my food intake i added a day of the gym i am very confused i know stalls happen but this is crazy to me im getting so frustrated its a little to early for a stall like this i thought the first 6 months are when u lose the most weight what is going on could i possibly be done losing there is no way oh god i feel lie a failure if u fail at weight loss surgery that embarrassing everyone knows i had it dear god

i wish i did measure myself but no i didn't

Please help a sistah out I'm struggling yall eating the same **** everyday I'm. literally skipping meals cause I'm lost
