So in your opinion sassy, are these "no sugar added" drunks ok to have just 4 days post op? -
But the exciting part is I've lost 7 pounds in 4 days! I'm sure some of that is due to me having the majority of an organ removed from my body but I'm celebrating every pound! Hehe so including the pre op diet, I'm down 17 pounds.... My brother had the surgery 8 months ago and has lost 125 pounds!!! So excited for everyone waiting to get it!

Thanks Nate! I appreciate the reply -
Since i am only 4 days post op, i was wondering, Can baby food be eaten in the very first stage? Or should it be saved until the second, soft food, stage?

I had mine 4 days ago and aside from slight gas discomfort this isn't as bad as I'd thought it would be! Having trouble sleeping too, but not bad so I wish you the best of luck in a speedy recovery

Sugar Free Vs No Sugar Added

So for instance this apple juice says all the ingredients are "concentrated apple juice, water, natural flavors, citric acid and ascorbic acid" but still has 20g of sugar... Is it ok to have this early? -
I'm 4 days post op and having some trouble understanding the difference, in regards to the first post op stage, between what I can have and not have.... One thing says no sugar added while another says sugar free. For instance somE apple juices have no sugar added but have tons of natural sugar.... Help! I'm lost
