Hang in there... you will realize that you just don't need food - the first few weeks on liguids and softs I was consuming less than 200 calories a day and just amazed that I wasn't falling apart. the journey has minor bumps with the first few weeks being a challenge but it is so worth it ... you will look back and laugh at this post in a few weeks. my only regret was not doing this ten years ago!

My one piece of advice for sleevers is to take as many pics and measurements as possible ... belts and clothing sizes are cool, but you would be amazed at how your feet shrink, wrists and hands, fingers, etc. sleeve is so great and it's hard to remember how big we really were! -
