I have had it too. Dr said strained muscle from twisting and bending too much. It will get better as I heal. They said from blowing my stomach up from all the gas it stretches the muscles as well. Things r trying to get back in their place. Heating pad helps. -

Also I barfed for two days after surgery. If u barf just hold ur left side tight and it's not so bad. Barf in a bag so u don't have to bend over. -

Be sure it's not dairy based. Milk really hurts tummy. I've been drinking EAS carb control strawberry flavor. I've done ok. Take it very slow. It should take like an hour to hour and a half to drink a shake. Hope u get better. -

I'm 2 wks post op and I am not sure of the calories I should take in. I am getting about 40 proteins, but only like 400 cal. Is this enough. I haven't lost anymore since I left the hospital. Also, has anyone lost hair? When will that happen if it's going to happen to me? Thanks!
