    November fitness challenge

Finally able to get on here! So glad most of the bugs are worked out. Any who, my Fitbit report said that so far this month, I'm at 15.75 miles, which is halfway to my 30 mile goal. Today I was also cleared for real exercise. Time to kick it up!

    "errors"

This issue is not resolved for me. I have deleted and re-download the app with no luck. I also have no access to my private messages either I can't even subscribe to new thread, even if I've commented so I'll never know if anyone is replying to me.

    Meatloaf?

Meatloaf is definitely too heavy for pureed, but when you get to the soft stage you can (on my plan, at least.) instead of breadcrumb, use almond flour. It's even got a little bit of protein

    Any October sleevers?

Don't weigh yourself for at least 2 weeks. It'll take a few days /a week to shed that extra iv weight from the hospital. Keep drinking, and sleep as much as you need to so you can heal. I had my surgery October 2nd and I promise it gets better fast!

What's the story behind your profile name?

When I was in high school I was really into the band evanescence. I was listening to the song whisper and kinda made it from there. Falling whisper My hooker name is Sapphire Roaming. Kinda depressing!

    November fitness challenge

I'm in! I'm only cleared for walking, but I'd like to shoot for 30 miles this month. My brand new Fitbit will help tracking very nicely!
  14. When I was 3 weeks post op this little b***h at work saw me sitting in the break room with my hot chocolate. She says 'I wish i could trick my insurance company into thinking I needed weight loss surgery so I could drink chocolate all day and still lose weight." I was like oh hell no. First of all, it's proti diet Protein hot chocolate my surgeon gave me. Second of all, screw you! Yes I have weight to lose but at least I'm not stuck with your mean nasty personality! Some people's kids, seriously

  20. I've got an incision by my belly button that has a little bit of stitch poking out of it. I'm almost 3 weeks post op, had steri strips on the outside incision. Waiting for doc to call back, but was wondering if anyone else had this happen and what they did. I have no pain in the area btw
  21. Since there seem to be quite a few of us now, I thought we should have our own place to talk. I start my preop diet tomorrow. I get 1 meal of meat and veggies, 2 shakes and unlimited jello. Is anyone else just on liquids?
