Have any other women out there experienced any post surgical vaginal bleeding? Not the right time in my cycle. I'm 4 days post op, and already down 10 lbs from night before surgery. Maybe the rapid weight loss messing with hormone levels??
An anyone recommend to me a good, easily tolerable( taste and texture ) unflavored protien powder that I can add to things like soups and yogurts to increase my intake? There are so many, but they are so expensive and I'm afraid to spend the money and I will hate it!
