I love pickles and buy jars of them for me to snack on. It's crazy I haven't loved pickles so much since I was a child.

I started the C25k yesterday, it surprised me. I have knee problems and the last time I tried to jog I felt like my knees were going to kill me. I was able to do it yesterday without pain but I was so out of breath. My girlfriend and I decided to try a 5k in the fall, I hope I will be ready by then

Don't feel bad, my butt looks like it was flattened out with an iron. I've been doing a lot of squats but it is not lifting up. Does anyone have any suggestions on exercises that I could do?

Finally broke my stall. Was 224 now 221. I am still happy with my sleeve

I eat out quite often and usually I'll get the soup or salad. I do not order a drink, just water.

I'm in a stall I guess down 0.4 pounds to 225.4. I will try to increase my fluids to help with the weight loss.

I'm in! HW 285 TW 224.8 Goal 199 I would love to make it to onederland just in time to buy new clothes for the spring.

I'm at 224.8. Hit a major stall this month but I'm happy with my weight loss.

I'm at 225.4 didn't hit my new year goal but I'm still losing

I would do it again. I started my journey at 285 pounds and now I'm down to 225. I'm not at goal, but I'm doing so much better then I've ever done in any other weight loss attempt that I've ever made. I needed the help of the sleeve. My weight is coming off in a steady pace, I was a size 24-26 and now I'm an 18-20, not quite single digits yet but I'll take it. My knees don't hurt every single day and my back pain has gone down. I would still like to lose another 50 pounds but I'm so happy with the weight that I've lost. My heart goes out to everyone who has had complications but I was blessed enough to not have any major problems. This surgery has been one of the best decisions that I have made in my life.

Today 226.4. Not a full pound but I'm still losing, I am so happy with my sleeve. If I didn't have it I would have given up by now.

I am happy that I found this thread, I need to not obsess and weigh myself everyday. My pre-surgery weight was 285 and as of this morning I'm down to 227. I am loving my sleeve!

I am having a super high sex drive as well. I've been this way since the surgery. I'm not in a relationship now and this is really tough.

HW 285 SW 275 Today 230.6 Goal 215

I'm 5'6 and 1/2 inches tall my highest weight was 285 and my surgery weight was 275. I wore a size 24/26 pant and a 3x to 4x top. My current weight is 233 and I wear a size 20 pant and a 2x top. My surgery was 8/15/12 and I am happy with my results, I haven't been this size since 1999.

Challenge goal 230 current weight 233. I was upset at first but I realized that even though I didn't hit goal I did lose more weight than I ever had in my life. Also, this was the first time that I went on vacation and didn't gain 10-15 pounds. I am proud of myself no matter what the scale says. I am so happy for my sleeve but I'm happier that I found this site. You have all been so inspiring and have helped me to not live by the number on the scale. Thank you all so much. Looking forward to the New Year Challenge!

I am so excited. Got on scale this am and I'm 238...2 pounds less than my goal. Yippy!!!
