Most of the companyies only give out so many samples a month. We had this issue over at the sleeve forum when I first started making the list. If you wait a few weeks and try again most of the time they will send you some samples. We also noticed that some times they say they dont give free sample and come to find out people were getting samples 2 weeks later. So just try again after thanksgiving. If you get another e-mail saying they dont have samples can you please post what companies they were so I can remove them from the list.

As of today Nectar is aboard and will be sending us free samples to hand out at the event.

Last year we had a bunch. So far this is what we have coming that we know of. Bariatric Advantage, Neighbor Care Pharmacy, Nutrametrix, Isopure, Pure Protein, Celebrate Vitamins, Quest, Recharge, Cabot cheese, smoothie King, Ostrim, Isopure, Bariatric Foodie lady came and made shakes and sold her book. We also have samples from unjury, PB2, detour bars, and Coboni that we will be giving out to take home. I also made Crab stuffed devil eggs and others made protein taco Soup and cheesy chicken made with unjury protein cheese sauce. Last year we had little over 200 people show up.

Every year my hospital (Siani Hospital of Baltimore) hosts a Protein party for people that either had or are thinking of having bariatric surgery. We have vendors show up to answer questions and hand out free sample of their product. This is being held on Tuesday March 20th 6-7:30pm. We also have door prizes. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Hello everyone I am from the sleeve forum and since they combined everything I figured a topic I started over there would also help out here. I am making a list of companies that will send out free samples to anyone that requests them. Ok everyone I am finally able to access the new site. So ill be updating this list over the next few days. the other weekend I found out if you go into GNC they have taste sample of some of their pre made Protein drinks. They allowed me to sample their lean shake (pumpkin spice) and muscle milk. So for anyone wanting to try something but didn't want to spend the money you can ask if they have a sample you can try. not sure if this is all GNC's or just the 2 near me. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Everyone is different. How many times are you eating a day? I eat about 5-6 times a day every 3-4 hours. Also you getting all your Protein and Water in? This could slow things down as well. I wouldnt read to much into it just follow your doctors orders and if you havenet start doing some type of work out.

I do a protein drink before and after work outs. Or something small food wise with protein like a egg and cheese or a quest bar. most of the time its a protein shake before and after.

I have a sweet frog down the road from me. This is just like a froyo. I use it as a weekend treat. I get a small with some fruit in it. no candies and things. I do the no sugar added flavors. But I just started doing this and I am 9 months out. Everyone is different about how they feel when they eat different things.
