Today, I think I suck at this pre-op diet thing. I've been starving all day. 3 protein shakes and water/coffee/iced tea are not doing it for me. So what do I do? I come home and eat a salad, and then I decide that a) I will have a small piece of the pizza that my husband and our friend are having and I will have a tiny bite of a cookie. Now, in my favor is I did just have one SMALL piece of a thin crust pizza, and I really did only have one small bite of cookie. I'm still with...
