  1. I can imagine my poor husband is afraid I am gonna be a terror when I do my pre op. and I can see me being a raving lunatic....
  2. I know off topic, right? But you said you work on trains....what do you do if I can be so nosey??? Lol mama always said I was a nosey Rosie
  3. Two weeks is an awfully short time to heal from a mommy makeover.....usually off for 6 weeks here in the states. Mexico maybe different, but you do not wanna take chances of sutures opening up or any other complications by going back to work too quickly. When you go to Mexico for plastic you usually stay in the area for several days. Drains and all are removed before leaving. You stay in a hotel. Then you have to travel home and recuperate from your travels. Mommy makeover is extensive work. There are some really great surgeons in Mexico but you can't rush your healing. May wanna think about waiting for summer. Or take extra vacation time if possible.

Like I said most important that we take them. Better some than none.

    Post-op vitamins

As we see here over and over all docs say something different. But you have to take more flinstones than is suggested on bottle. At least 2x. And I have seen some docs say 3x. So you have to weigh if taking the kiddie ones are worth it. And make sure you get flintstone complete. The cost after taking double or triple what you give the kids may not be worth it. Centrum complete has chewable if you don't want to swallow or order bariatric vitamins. But the quality and absorption of our vitamins are very important right along with protein and water. For healing, rebounding energy, cellular health, and to inhibit hair loss. Just make sure you get them no matter what you get some are better than none.

    Stomach leak

A leak can happen anytime, but usually not after healed. Some say after six to eight weeks. However; some ppl here have gotten them months after surgery. Just gotta be careful and do what you can to prevent them. But that being said you can do everything right and still get them. But who wants to get a leak and be able to say to your self if I had only followed my doctors plan this may not have happened. It takes long hard time in the hospital and after care to get over a leak. It's no joke.
