Hi everyone
I had my first fill a month ago and have only lost 4 lbs. I definitely eat less - but not a LOT less. I exercise, eat Protein first followed by veggies and fruit - only 3 x's a day and in general I am very concientious and committed to eating right. I can eat about 1 - 1.5 cups of food at a time which is more than I thought I could eat.
Anyone have the same experience? I think I need a fill - My husband thinks I am crazy
