15 months post op having a hard time loosing 30 lb because I have been at a stand still for 3 months. ...Any suggestions!

I am 15 months post sleeve and been at a stabilized stand still and need to loose 30 more pounds before anyone will touch me for any cosmetic surgery. How can I loose this 30 lbs. I do cardiovascular for 30 minutes 3 times a week.
