Vanessa I to had my surgurey 8/22 and have lost 37 pounds so far and have not lost any weight since but I refuse to get on the scale and be let down... don't beat ur self just do what u where told by ur doctor and u should be good. I have had refried beans, potatoes, skinny cow ice cream and some talipia fish but u have to chew chew chew what have u been eating so far -
