My doc had me wait six weeks. Good luck.

I use the ladies Quattro (sp?). At the moment I can't think who makes it. I also use hair conditioner rather than shaving cream and it leaves your skin silky smooth.

My first thought is that it sounds like she's jealous as her insurance doesn't cover the surgery, she can't self-pay, and now you're doing it when it was her idea to start with. Best of luck to you as you begin this next chapter in your life.

This is an older WW recipe that is filling and easy to make. I usually cannot finish one serving in one sitting so I cut that in half and have it later. ALMOST PIE (4 servings/6 points per serving) 4 eggs 2 cups skim milk 4 tablespoons diet margarine 1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla ½ tsp. Coconut flavoring ¼ cup flour 2 slices white bread Dash of salt (optional) ½ cup Splenda Place all ingredients into a blender. Count to 10 slowly while blending. Spray pie pan with Pam. Pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

This is an old Weight Watchers recipe. It's really good, filling and makes a lot. TACO SOUP Makes (12) 1 cup servings 1 lb. ground turkey (or lean ground beef) 1 large onion, chopped 1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 can pinto Beans 1 can Chile Hot Beans 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavor) 1 can stewed tomatoes (any flavor) Brown meat and onion; drain. Mix Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix into meat. Then, without draining, add all of the other ingredients. Simmer one hour.

You might want to try this version: HOMEMADE HAMBURGER HELPER 1/3 - 1/2 pound lean ground beef 1 can French Onion Soup 2 cans Water (use can from French Onion Soup) 1/2 bag frozen veggies of choice 1 box Mac 'n cheese 2 slices American cheese Brown, crumble and drain the meat in a large skillet that has a lid. Add soup and water. Add the veggies and bring to a boil. Stir in the macaroni (add a bit more water if needed to just cover the contents). Bring to a boil again; lower heat to a simmer and cover. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until liquid is mostly absorbed. Stir in the cheese packet and top with the sliced cheese. Cover again for another 3-5 minutes. Stir and enjoy!!

My surgery was performed as an outpatient and they paid 90%. My doctor's office submitted the paperwork to them on a Friday and I was approved the following Monday. Good luck. -
I have Federal Anthem BC/BS. Not sure if that's the same as yours. Mine was submitted on a Friday and approved the following Monday. I called the insurance company myself to see if they had received it and that's when I found out I was approved even before the surgeon's office knew.

Good Luck Karen. I'm 6 a.m. also on Monday, the 13th.

I've been a "lurker" for months. I have laughed and cried reading some of the posts. I'm scheduled for 8 a.m. on 13 August with Dr. Chua in Milwaukee and am very excited to start this new lifestyle. -

I'm also scheduled for 13 August with Dr. Chua in Milwaukee. Tomorrow I'm having the pre-op tests done. They've already scheduled all of my follow-up appointments including my first fill which is nice for planning purposes.
