Surgery December 26, 2012 I am now down 117 pounds and loving it I need about 20 more pounds to be in the average BMI can't wait....

I hate stalls have been stalled for the last two weeks I've only lost half a pound frustrating but I know I've been there before.... the stalls .....and I'll get past them I had my surgery on December 26, 2012...6 month on the 26th of this month I am 5 foot 7 I've lost a total of 110 pounds this includes the 32 I did prior to surgery I am down from 24-26 to a Regular large in lady skirts And a medium top I have less than 30 pounds to go.... And this is why hate stalls.... I know I need to add more calories.... But it is a challenge.... I am now up to between 700 to 900 a day I weigh 186.5 .... Next month is my birthday On the 19th... And I really want to be at 175 I'm trying to push Patty

I am smiling today...I was sleeved the day after Christmas and have lost over a hundred pounds .....never have regretted it....best thing ever ....my BMI was always in obesed scale but now ....my BMI is over weight scale....30 more pounds and I will be in the normal BMI ....yea never thought I would be normal Patty

today I final broke out of the 190's ...189Now I am going to shoot for the 170's

I started my journey December 26, 2013.... And it has been wonderful Presurgery weight 296 pounds Surgery weight 264 pounds Today's weight 194 pounds A total loss of 102 pounds.... Feel great I can now cross my legs and sit comfortably Fly on a plane without asking for an extender belt and still having about 6 to 8 inches to spare My clothing sizes has changed dramatically I was wearing on the bottom half of me a 3X to a 4X.... My top was a little smaller and one 1x Now I wear a small to medium talk any size large bottom But I do think I need to hit the gym more I go about once a month... Need to start going weekly... I am just so busy at work sometimes bad excuse I currently intake about 650 cal to about 900 I'm pretty much always around 70 g of Protein I am very bad on taking fluids... Probably only about 3 to 4 8 ounce glasses... Nowhere near enough but I never feel dehydrated. Even though I am allowed to have crackers and bread in a moderate fashion I choose not to do those as well as rice and Pasta...... For the current time For Vitamins I take Flintstones with Iron two of them every morning one Biotene 1B 12 under the tongue and one folic acid..... And at night before I go to bed take the Calcium citrate. Well this is me Patty

I am with you...I don't want my stomach to eat any more...happy we're it at...I am about 4 and a 1/2 months now

I don't know if I am a fast loser but the pace is going well Started my pre diet 296 Date of surgery 264 (12-26-13)...down 32 pounds Today (5-6-13) weigh 198.4 .....down 98 pounds You can my fitness pal me at pattycake71963 would love to add you ...I get helpful hints from what others eat too

I have now been at a stall for seven days.... I am going to cut back the 900 cal to 700..... To see if that will boost me.... I hate stalling out it's so Frustrating ....urrrrrrr
