Started at 296 on July 3,2012 did a 6 month diet program with my doctor (insurance requirement) lost 32 pounds had Surgery on the 26th of December 2012 ....it now as been almost 3 weeks. And I am down 20 more points a total of 52 pounds.....
Can't wait to see what the following weeks will bring :)
