HI, I was banded 12/06 and hit my goal weight on 07/21/08 with a BMI of 24. My port does not protrude to where you ccn see it but I can definitely feel it. It does not hurt either. My port is located a couple of inches above my belly buttom to the left due to previos surgeries. -
I was banded on December 20th 2006 and I have lot about 35 pounds. I have hit another plateau. I have never really felt alot of restriction or had problems eating just about anything. Any suggestions on how to move on from this plateau-it has been about 2 months since I have lost any weight.

Hello, I am new to this forum. I was banded 12/20/06. I have lost about 30 pounds. I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 months. I just started working out(last week). I have not been dealing with stress well lately either-wanting to overeat Any suggestions on how to break this plateau or replace stress eating/habit?
