    Actually last night dinner...I ate 4 prices of tofu,2 spoon rice n 2 spoon noodles...is it fine??? I m 6 months out n whenever I skip meal as for dinner or eating out...I eat this proportion ....really worried

    I m 164 cm n 6 months back I was 84 kgs.....I m 62 kg today......wanted to loose more 5 kg but haven't lost past 2 months....help me guys
