I was sleeved on October 1st. Best thing I ever done. I started off at 211 lbs. I am now down to 150 lbs!!! My goal is 110. I am only 4'10". I try to focus on Protein, protein, protein and it is working along with working out regularly. Nice to hear about everyone's journey. Good luck to all and kept up the good work... I still struggle with a sweet tooth tho. -

I am short too. 4'10". I had surgery on Oct 1st. Highest weight was 203 and now I am 185. Still struggling with liquids tho. Can't get down 64 oz a day. I still have a lot of gas too. Any suggestions?? -
