At this time, your choices are pretty limited, but when you are able to eat a wider variety, it will be more enjoyable. One thing I had an awful reation to was the fake sugar in Powerade. After 4 days of just drinking water, rather that the zero calorie stuff, t finally cleared my system, and I feel like a new person. I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.
