Had my first dumping incident yesterday! Ive been perfect on my diet, liquid stage, day six, and i went for a decaf coffee with a friend yesterday. I put creamer in my coffee......... Omg! No more creamer for me for awhile! I was running to the restroom the entire day and the world federation was rumbling in my stomach! That was tiring. This morning i am fine. What the heck! When the doc s aid low fat i guess he meant it!

Oh yes, my doctor warned me that i may have dumping, but i just didnt think it would happen from a liitle container of creamer in my coffee! Good thoughts about figuring exactly what it was. Ill have to try the decaf plain and see what happens.

Am on day seven, post op, and still very sore inside. I cant bend over and pick something up off the ground and must get up and sit down very carefully. Is this normal? All fellow sleevers, can you share with me at what point your insides began to feel more "normal"! Thanks all!

Sorry, this is a bit embarrasing, but since ive been home from the hospital my stools are loose. Is this normal? Oh, and a bit dizzy once in awhile. Is all this normal?

My bms are still liquid too and i was sleeved 8 oct 10. Glad to hear im not alone.

Are you takkng very small sips?

I have to sip all day long to get it in! Very few breaks.

Im having trouble getting the liitle balls that come out of the prilosec pills down with the apple sauce. It fels like i need to chew the balls or i will choke. Any suggestions on how to get these down more easily?

Well, tomorrow is THE day. I get sleeved tomorrow at 1 pm. I would be so appreciative for all the prayers i can get! I will check back in as soon as i can.

My surgery is Oct 8th. Its all i think about when im not busy. My biggest fear is the pain and complications. But I am doing this. I am diving in. Nervous is an understatement. I keep trying to give it to God. I hate waking up from surgery with that stupid alarm that keeps telling you to breath. I get anxious and when i. Get anxious i get short of breath. I know i sound like a whiny baby! Hopefully i will be reporting in with good news next week!
