I like the chike it's the only one I can tolerate. It's has a lot of carbs I guess in comparison to others but if I drink 2 a day and then straight protein for dinner will that work? I'm 1 month post op -

I'm in soft foods and although I'm happy to finally be able to eat its more like a job then a pleasure :-( I try to just have something with protein every 2-3 hours. -
My period came a week after surgery and lasted for 9 days!! It was heavy and then light off and on!! Maybe it's due to our hormones being so out of wack!

I'm 3 weeks post op Thursday and I'm eating about 400-500 cals a day. Lost 23 lbs since surgery!! -

Sleeved 10/18 down 23 Pds since surgery;-) struggled with fluids for a while but able to get them down now. No appetite still but I'm eating a little for energy. I hate the protein shakes, and yearn for the day I won't have to choke them down anymore!!! Good job octosleevers it's so much nicer on the losers bench -
