I am on Day 4 and haven't cheated. I'm already sick of protein shakes and need to start drinking more of them. I am allowed to have broth and that has been really helping. I also do different flavors of Crystal Light and different flavors of jello which helps too. Also, I do chew sugar free gum if I need to get rid of the protein taste and that keeps me busy and distracts from being hungry. can't wait to be done with this part.
