I'm 5 weeks out and tonight was my second try at it. I have to admit didn't feel too good! I was uncomfortable as much as I really wanted it! Guess I wasn't ready !

Trader joes has a light kennel corn in small portion bags that are actually pretty big! The bags are 120 calories per serving and I could only eat 1/2 and it hit the sack! Try it! It's yummy!
