I'm supposed to go every month to the nut but it's $275 a visit so I don't go. I had insurance for my surgery but the nut they work with doesn't take it. I only went once for the requirements of my surgery. -

Plus I had been eating 1200 calories before my surgery for a while so I know I won't lose weight at that amount anyways. -

I wasn't told 1200 cal/day but decided to try and do it anyways and maybe I would break my stall. There is no way I'm getting in no where near 1200. It seems impossible and I'm 5 weeks out. -
I've always ate meat and had no problem until after I was sleeved. Was sleeved 9/12 and since then everytime I eat meat including all seafood, I feel like vomitting. It's the taste and I don't like the way it feels in my mouth. This is so weird. What else can I do to get my protein in as I think I might become a vegetarian with all this.

I forgot to mention that I'm on blood thinners so I can't have things high in vitamin k like green leafy vegetables. -

I haven't really thought about non rewards yet except for a new wardrobe when I meet my goal weight. I guess I can think of something to keep me motivated and post later.

Stabbing/burning Pain

I've been having these pains as well. I'm glad to hear that it is due to healing. I was starting to get worried b/c they just came out of no where. -
I'm 4 weeks out and tried zumba yesterday and my body told me that I wasn't ready for it. My stomach started to cramp while I was doing it so I'm just gonna stick to walking for a couple more weeks.

I'm only a month out but I wanted to know how long after surgery did you start putting cocoa butter or mederma on your scars to fade the discoloration?
