My insurance company is requesting it. Hopefully I won't need it, but my luck.....they will deny me for it. I guess if they do deny me, I can always appeal. -

My BMI is 42 but it wasn't that high for the recorded times. I'm so frustrated! -

I only went to the doctor 3 times in those years and no weights were taken. I went to the walk-in all three times. They took all my vitals but didn't weight me. -

Thinking the insurance might deny me. They want 2 years of weight over a BMI of 35. Apparently, between the years 2008 and 2011.....I never got weighed. I'm at a loss for words right now. I have to wait and see what they say. UGH -
