I just don't feel like a diet pill is very healthy. You have the tool already, so you should use that. -

Sleeved on Aug 28! I have lost 24 pounds since surgery. Post op I lost 23 so that's 47 lbs total I have had some nausea this week for some reason, but I am now off puréed foods so maybe my body is just adjusting. Hoping that's the reason! Other than that I am feeling really good. Already dropped a jean size. I will be going shopping in another month to buy some new clothes! Can't wait til then -

Bethany, Try the light and fit Greek yogurt. It's under 10 grams of sugar and has 12 grams protein! -
I'm really excited for the weight loss I will have after I get surgery (August 28th woohoo!!), but I'm also excited about feeling confident and just doing things I haven't done... Like date! And I haven't been on a roller coaster since I was about 13. And I cannot wait to fit into this Ghostbusters Halloween outfit that I've been eyeing!!! What are some fun things you have been able to do since losing weight?

Since surgery, I've lost 15 in almost 3 weeks. But with pre op it's 38 total. -

What if I eat cottage cheese? I never followed that no drinking after I eat 60 min rule because cottage cheese was listed on my full liquids list, so I figured liquid is liquid.

I'm two weeks out and I get the hiccups after I eat every time. Usually about 2-4

I only go like once every three or four days so far!! Kinda freaks me out. I don't even feel constipated until it just hits me
