Hi, I started a diet of my own in February of 2012. My starting weight was 352.In April I saw the surgeon,and on August 23, I had my surgery.When I started my pre-op diet I weighed321.4 and on the day of surgery I weighed306.7 Today Oct18th I weigh 276.5. I have had trouble getting in my protein and liquids but am doing better. I am on soft foods and find myself eating to fast trying to slow down,but very hard when there is not alot of food to eat. Right now I am taking each day as it comes.
