I'm going to feel crazy and dumb for posting this, but here it goes. I'm three weeks out from my surgery and last week I finally made it under the 300 lb mark and ever since then I feel like I've undone all the hard work I've put into my journey so far. It's kind of like I felt like this could work for me and that scared me. I'm crazy. This weeks gain has made me focus on the mental part of this and I'm going to start fresh again this week.

I had surgery 9/17 with Dr. Cottam. I'm feeling awesome and my recovery has been smooth!

Are you guys having trouble when you drink anything? I've been struggling getting anything down because my stomach spasms and aches with the smallest amount of anything. -
First day of my fourteen day liquid diet. First really long day!! Hehe!

I'm scheduled September 17. I start my lovely two week liquid diet on Monday. I hope the next few weeks fly by!

Oh happy day!! I am having surgery on September 17th! I am so excited right now!

I've completed my 6 month weight loss plan, my psych eval, and all the other requirements and now I get to wait some more. It's really hard to wait on other people to get there stuff together! I'm so excited and I hope I can have surgery in September.

I just heard from the insurance lady and I've been approved! I get to call tomorrow and try to schedule a date! Yippee!!

Thank you! I'm trying to be patient and not email the coordinator chick 50 times a day. Somehow I don't think that will help my cause. Haha!
