It has been over 2 years since my surgery and I have lost 70 lbs but I haven't lost in about 8 months or gained .. how do I jump start it again? -

Surgery 12/20 pre op- 245 now - 230 down 15 lbs but i think im at a stall also i have been the same weight for 3 days -

I went thru that during my pre op stages i felt like i was being deprived and all i thought about was food so i had to tell myself that if i want it i can have some of it and it helped. -
I am about 1 month from surgery i am 236Lbs and i worry that im gonna have alot of loose skin. is there anything that i can do after surgery to avoid alot of that?
