Surgery date August 22. Pre weight 343. Current weight 227.5., so I'm down 115.5. I'd hoped to be further. I lost the least in this say month, only about 6-7 lbs. I've gotten very relaxed with my eating. I eat way more carbs than before, but still not too many. I need to get back to basics and lift more weights!

This is so cool! I came to the site specifically looking for body pump threads. I tried it for the first time Thursday, and again today! It hurts so good. I'm in dire need of strength training and I'm so glad I finally got the guts to try this class. Gonna try it twice a week. I'm already looking forward to next time!

As of my six months, I am down 86 lbs! Surgery 8-22-12, 343 lbs. 2-22-13, 257 lbs.

I was 343 before surgery on 8-22-12. As of 2-22-13, 6 months post op, I'm 257. So a loss of 86 lbs. I'd hoped to lose 100 by now, but I'm very happy with 86! I'm hoping to stay on the right track so I can lose another big chunk by my one year surgiversary! I'd love to be in onderland by then.

Curvy girl u look great! Our #s are very similar. My surgery date/weight are 8-22/343 lbs. Current wt. is 267. Personal goal is 175.

I'm starting C25K this Saturday! I'm 3 months post op. I literally have dreams of running like the wind. It's time to make those dreams a reality. I've tried before, but gave up after only a week or two. Gotta do it this time!

I just checked out some of your posts...I think I'm about a month further out than you, so you're leaving me in the dust with your loss. Awesome!

Yesterday was my 3 month surgiversary. I stopped counting weeks after 8.

Pre-op weight : 343 Surgery Date: August 22, 2012 Current weight: 294 Thanksgiving Day (3 months post op!) goal weight: 283...this would give me a total of 60 lbs lost in 3 months.

I missed my goal by 6.5 pounds ( Current weight 294 So long 300s!
