For your BA...what size were you before and after? I am getting implants and a TT next month but am unsure if I want to stay on the smaller side or go bigger.

Don't feel bad you are doing great. My average is less than 10 lbs. a month. Just keep at it and you will eventually get to your goal. 56 pounds in 4 months is really awesome!! -

Yes I go to a bootcamp 3 nights a week. It has really helped define my arms. -
