I'm slow 5 months post and only 51 lbs. but going to the gym now hoping i will give the weight loss a kick :-)

i was a size 16 then i could not wear them anymore, so im assuming i went up to that size or larger, now the 14 size fits me loose, can't wait to get to a size 8-10 :-) 64 lbs. more to go !!!

If j eat to fast i get the hicups and if i eat too much i feel full just like i used to when i had a normal stomach but of course i eat about 1/4 if what i used to eat :-)

I have support from both friends and family but i hate is that my family got to involve in my surgery that if they see that i should not be eating or drinking something they over react and its annoying i regret telling the family !!

I got a catheter and when i had my surgery i was almost done with my period i think i had 3 days late so it was uncomfortable, they gave me a pad and i had to lay like that for a whole day !!

I've been having a lot pain on my lower back side of my flank (right upper hip area) and it's a horrible feeling. I'm calling my doctor this morning, i remember them saying i had a cyst in my kidney so that's probably what i have that's causing that massive pain :-( I did some research on WebMD and most of the symptoms are exactly either a kidney infection or UTI, I haven't been sleeping that well either I've been tossing left for about a week now and the pain it's horrible.

50 lbs in 5 months, it was slow but it sure feels good !!

yes ! Very slow but will start the gym on 3/13 for sure to give the weight loss a kick LOL hopefully with the running i can loose a little more than just the 50 lbs.

yes I went to a support group a month ago and their were people there a month out which lost 50 lbs., so I guess everyone is different and they loose the weight differently :-)

thank you !! I am very proud, this surgery was the only way to loose the weight :-) gotta stay positive and focus on the other 65 lbs. i have to loose to get to my goal. Will be going to the gym this week, so looking forward it.
