I hate calling them panic attacks because I don't want to diminish those who have real panic attacks, but....I have erosive gastritis ....my gut has been hurting so I've laid off the mobic and taking prilosec day and night. Tonight when o took my nightly meds my stomach was upset in 5 mins...just all the pills laying in my stomach. It does that sometimes but more lately. I started crying and i am not a crier! I envisioned getting into surgery and my stomach is too enflamed and he just aborts and wakes me up! Anyone else have this surgery with a gnarly gut?

Told my neurologist yesterday about my surgery. He was excited for me and excited about me getting plenty b12. I told him my doc required sublingual every day or a shot every 3 months. He said he was gknna write me a script to do my own injections. I can't read his writting, but I can make out 1000 and shot on the script....haven't filled it yet. Anyone inject themselves and how often? He says there's no down side to having too much b12, but huge down side to not enough....how's your b12 given?

But the pump every 10 mins is hard to sleep too because you have to stay on top of the pain...if you fall asleep it takes forever to get back on top of it!

I get isopure on amazon for $35...I'm dying to try the peach black and green tea!

I was really sick a few years ago. I just got to where I didn't hardly eat. I would go a day or 2 with nothing but diet dr pepper. I want to follow up and my doctor took blood work. the nurse called me in a couple of days, although I weigh 230 pounds she said my blood work showed like an anorexic! There's something and I don't know what in your blood that shows if you're malnourished! She had me at an eighth of a teaspoon of salt to each bottle of water and had me get some ensure until I could eat healthier

Hope I am that chipper the day if my surgery!

My surgeon requires sublingual once a day or a shot every 3 months....for some reason my neurologist wrote a script so i could give myself shots ....just seemed weird he was that concerned. I see my surgeon Friday....I wasn't gonna fill, it until I talked to him

One meal a day of 3oz lean protein, 1 carb and 1 non carby veg....I might can use them as a carb in the meal....they are lower sugar fruits

I wish mine was that easy! I've been at it since April of 2012!

She probably means pre preop! My dietitian told me it "wouldn't be a good idea to gain between my last visit with her and my visit with surgeon

You're worth happiness and love and contentment even fat! This surgery won't change that! ....note to self and anyone else who needs it!
