Two weeks ago I was 198 Today 195.5 The weight is going slowly :-)

Last week 200 lbs this week 198 lbs 2 pounds lost ... One month out and 28 lbs lost .... Finally in onederland.... Gonna start exercising hope to lose more .... Yaaaaay !

Ladies there has anyone noticed changes relating to menstrual period in time, pain... I am almost one month after surgery and my period is late is that normal ? Does it relate to rapid weight loss ? Pls advise

1- feel comfortable in my own skin 2- look in the mirror and see a reflection of me again 3- get rid of all my fat clothes and go shopping for real 4- want my husband to see me as sexy again 5- feel cold with the a/c on instead of sweating when everyone else is cold 6- look amazing and sexy while exercising 7- buy a tight white/beige dress and look gorgeous in it

I just want to be a size 10, once I reach that I will consider if I want to be any smaller. Vanity was reason number 1 I did the operation. Health and fertility are my other reasons. But I cannot wait to go shopping.

1- I will not miss the sweating and being the only one in the room needing the AC on when everyone else is freezing 2- I will not miss the look on people's faces with confusion when I say I do not have kids yet like they want me to justify the weight 3- I will not miss that I hate how I look in pictures because of the weight 4- i will not miss how emotionally stressful I feel and sad after shopping because I cannot fit in anything that suits my personality 5- i will not miss that I need to shop in some specific stores cause most common ones would not have anything my size at all 6- I worry when going to a wedding or any special occasion cause I will need a miracle to find something cute that goes with the occasion

I just joined you all my operation was on the 27th of the past month so I am only six days out of surgery. I am healing. I went in weighing 223 lb yesterday I was 214 lb. so i am nine pounds down. My goal is 147 lb I will try to weigh on weekly basis too.

The gas pain is the worst, I was going nuts. After I was discharged from the hospital I could not sleep or sit or anything until I got some medication for gas. It was a chewable over the counter thing and it made hell of a difference. I did not need any pain killer or anything else really.

Lebanese Canadian sleeved on August 27 yesterday out of the hospital. The pain is bearable so far, finding really hard time to sleep. I live in Saudi Arabia.

Hi everyone Sorry to ask but for how long do the gas pains last ?

They took an x-ray to check if any leak. They gave me some medicine to drink during the x-ray that was the worst so far. I felt nauseous and pain. But things went fine afterwards. They are keeping me in the hospital. Tomorrow will start drinking.

Hello everyone I had my surgery today, it went great thanks God. I feel a little nauseous no major pain I am not sure if I do not feel any pain because of the meds or I an just really lucky Will keep u posted on my progress

I am lying in bed in the hospital, wearing my gown and waiting for my operation. I am a bit worried of the pain after operation but excited to start loosing weight .

Will keep you all informed about how things go. I will take before and after pictures not so sure I will post them though Looking forward to wear all my dreams clothes I am starting at size 20-22 Will update u on the progress

Will be sleeved on same day too. I have mixed feelings of fear and excitement.

Any serious unbearable pain to worry about ?
