I've been getting stomach cramps every time I eat something. It's been since the 5th of November since surgery. This has been going on for a couple of days. Worried! -

I have been having a protein drink in the morning snack a boiled egg or a couple of spoon fulls of fat free cottage cheese. Lunch I will have a cup of homemade minestrone which I puréed and add a Laughing Cow low fat cheese triangle. Afternoon snack sf pudding or sf Popsicle. Dinner another cup of minestrone. Struggling with water intake but getting better. -

Went to my first post op appointment today! Down 24lbs since surgery, I am happy. Dr says I can begin with solids, now the hard part starts! Hope everyone is doing well, feel free to update your losses since the 5th of November. -
