Just had my surgery on Monday the 6th... I had a schedule from then nutritionist of what to eat and drink and when ...I tried following it the first day home and ended up in severe pain from apparently trying to drink to much to soon .
I can hardly finish one Protein drink a day..,and not
Because of taste.
Any one else having this issue and is it ok ?
Hi, I'm Julie I was sleeved on May 6th also and am having the same problem! I loved the shakes before and I'm eating my pruree's okay, but the shakes hurt my belly.... Can't get Protein in and I hate drinking all the time... It's all a learning process and I'm sure it will come together eventually... My nutritionist said (yesterday) than dumping it in chocolatepudding would be okay and I'm doing that.. It's all that works for me so far... PS I'm using Body Fortress!! I was thinking a different brand might help... IDK!
