I had the lap-band done in November 2009 and July 2012 had some x-rays due to severe acid reflux issues and found out the band slipped. I was a bit disappointed but as my surgeon said, "it's just a stupid piece of plastic."

I am scheduled September 2012 to have the lap-band removed and a revision done to the gastric sleeve. As nervous as I am about it, I'm looking forward to getting my weight loss back on track. Until then, I'll just continue to work out and maintain as best possible.
