    Where are the 50s ???

    Hey MaryDrew, I think you're doing great! Took me 11 months to lose 118 lbs. and I thought that was quick! I was expecting it to take longer. 100 lbs. is something to cheer about. Keep your chin up -- which should be easy now that you've lost your double chin -- and just keep doing the right things, make sure you get at least 80 grams of Protein and plenty of Water, and you will keep losing.     Where do I stop...goal weight related....

    Rough day for me today...my friend's husband said I look anorexic and someone else said I look like I have cancer or something. What the heck. I'm 5'2" and weigh 133. That should not be too thin. I am trying to stop losing and am eating more. If you don't have something nice to say to someone just keep your lips zipped! Sent from my iPad using VST

    I'm in! My name is Parker. For day one I walked 8 miles. I walked an even 200 miles last month (thanks to Georgia!), not sure I'll be able to top that, but I'm going to give it my best shot.     Maintenance

    I'm now 2 lbs. below my goal and would like to stop losing. I'm adding more calories, but I'm walking more cause I just love to walk! I'm also giving myself a few treats I would have never eaten before. I weigh every Saturday so we'll see next week what happens. Sent from my iPad using VST

  15. I've never really stopped the shakes. I have a premier shake every morning for Breakfast and a Quest Protein bar for lunch and regular food for dinner plus nut Snacks and fresh fruit snacks. I'm currently 2 pounds below goal and feel great. Sent from my iPad using VST

    My total is 192.5 miles. It was a beautiful day to walk around Washington, D.C. We started at the Lincoln memorial, walked around Korean, WWII, Washington monument, up to the US Capital bldg, thru the botanical gardens, thru the Air and space museum and back to Lincoln for a total of 9 miles!     welcome to the fifties! I turned 54 in August and was sleeved LAST November. It was a great decision for me and no regrets. I think the Aug./Nov. Combo must be a lucky one!
