  1. Hi guys, I've been well since surgery and don't think too much about it anymore. I hit my goal around 11 months post op and have been hanging there ever since. My highest was 315 and my lowest was 165. Im currently 7months pregnant and have had minimal gain, I think I'm around 10lbs now. Overall the sleeve was the best decision I've made.
  2. My sister sells herbal life but I didn't like the calories. I drink Isopure, I've tried the chocolate, vanilla, banana cream, unflavored and u have mint chocolate but I want to use my others before I open it. I buy from GNC since they have a 30 day full refund, if you don't like a product you can take it back and they give you a 100% refund. I used this with the mango peach, that was so nasty to me. I've actually switched my sister over to the isopure after all the months of her trying to sell me on the herbal life. I did do the premier for a long time but I can't stand them now. I really burnt myself out with them. Overall if you like the taste and they are working for you, then it's perfect.
  3. After the holidays I decided to get my butt into gear again. I've been meal planning and sticking to it. I figured the good losing was over but I've dropped two pounds in two days, I wasn't expecting that at all. I have been at 185 for roughly three weeks so 183 was a pleasant surprise. I still can't figure out my old screen name or password so I think I will be staying on this one. Hope that doesn't lead to much confusion. I promise I've been with the group since the pre-op days but not as active post op. Guess it's time to add a pic and fill out the profile. hw-315 Sw- 294 (2/4) Cw- 183 My realistic goal weight was 200 size 16, I've surpassed that and now I've set it to 175. I hope to adjust from there once I see what my body looks like,. Hope everyone is well and to love that this thread is still active.
  4. I'm 5'6 and started at 315, I was 294 day of surgery. Yesterday was 11 months post op and now I'm 185. ( down a total of 130)
  5. Hey guys, I wasn't going to switch after the new site was put up but decided to anyways. The alerts on my email have keep me interested in the group. For the life of me I can't remember my other log in. I have two and I think I used the one along the lines as 4my2boys. Either rate, new name, same person. Update: I had surgery 2/4/13 I was 294 day of surgery down from my high of 315. Today I'm 187. I've lagged and started following the "everything in moderation group" seems in losing at the same rate if I eat carbs or if I don't. I've notice a real increase of the amount I'm Able to eat now. Up until recently my sleeve was pretty small. Now I'm able to finish about 5oz per meal. If it's dense protein it's less. Goal: I'm hoping to call it goal at 175. Originally my surgeons goal was 217, then I lowered it to 155. Now that ive lost more I upped it because I'm already in the place I feel good at. I don't want a lot of skin issues so another 13lbs works for me.

    No Regrets!

Thank you for this post. I share very similar stats, and logged on today to find post to convince me to continue the process. My biggest fear is the actual surgery. I have a 3 and 1 year old and couldn't imagine something happening, that is the only thing holding me back. You have put me at ease. Thank you, thank you

    Hello New To Vst

Thanks for the reply. I like knowing what I am getting myself into and how the process works. That's great they have been doing them for awhile, I was a little concerned since it was a MTF. You have put me at ease, it sounds like they don't rush or pressure you into surgery. I am pretty excited now and cant wait to get to the meeting.

    Hello New To Vst

I am going to the meeting later this month. I wanted to get informed as much as I could before the meeting. My bmi is over 45 so that's good to know. Has it been a long process for you?

    Hello New To Vst

I am just starting the process. I have no idea if I will even meet their standards. But I am over researching just incase.

    Hello New To Vst

I would love to hear how everything goes for you. I am in the process of researching the sleeve and will be having it done at Keesler. ( if I decide on it)
