    Yay!

so...im 7 days out. feeling wonderful- the first day when i came out of surgery, i started to think "wtf have i done" cuz it hurt lol. but a couple days later, i was good to go. learning a lot about techniques to help with any pains i have, learning a lot about others too. went to the store, avoided the no-no stuff (cookie and chip aisle) but did happen to look down it from the main aisle...what i noticed was a VERY distinct difference between the kinds of people on each kind of aisle, something i never noticed before. i dont judge, but i found myself looking at those in the healthier aisle and going "i am working towards THAT kind of body". and im having cravings for weird vegetables ive never really wanted before... did they remove part of my brain as well??? lol got my first round of pics done since the day of surgery and i am simply shocked. shocked is the only word I have for this feeling I am posting them in my album on my profile
  9. i wear a Sweet Nothings cami support thing from Walmart. works pretty good. esp helps keep everything still and gives the biggest incision the support it needs to not hurt at all

    Post Op- Day 3

hmmm ok. i can deal for a few more days. It was just odd to me that only one incision hurts lol. One of the incisions is RIGHT where the front of my bra sits, so I am in my jammies for a few days
  13. holy mother of god. why is it that only ONE incision is killing me? its just the largest one. im day three, just came home and im wishing i could make it stop already. how long did the big incision hurt???
  14. How many ladies here are in their mid 20s, and are around 230/220 and have lost a bit of weight? i am wondering how likely it is that i will have skin hanging everywhere lol...

    Here I Am...i Am Ready

are you keeping busy? are you working out at all? if you are bored, you will feel hungry when you reay arent. i have been doing the "pre-op" diet for almost a month now, so my body has adjusted. your bdy may still be in shock and just want food but not need it. give it some time. my surgeon said that the adjustment can and probably will take 3 months. the energy level, the pain and whatnot, and the diet changes may need 3 months to level off.
