Wow we were close in weight, how tall are you?? When you are less overweight the weight comes off slower, keep that in mind and be patient it will come off....I promise. There were so many times I got down and out with this surgery. When all else failed I went back to my protein shakes and drinking lots of water and that got me out of my plateaus. -

Has anyone completed the Insanity workout or started it and what are your results?? I'm hearing some crazy stuff about this workout. People passing out and vomiting etc.... If anyone has advice or tips please let me know.

I was sleeved Sept 17 and daily calorie intake is 700-1000 a day. Just wondering if I'm where everyone else is. I'm losing about 5lbs a month. -
