Who lost weight NO Carbs and who lost weight with out cutting out a ton of carbs?
ftmathteacher replied to joliem6201's topic in Food and Nutrition
I lost about 100 lbs without having to cut out carbs, but then plateaued and my doc gave me a low carb diet to do for 2 weeks, which broke the plateau. After this week, I will go back to eating some (not a lot) of healthy carbs (as in fruits, oats, etc). -
I agree with joia...my dr said between 60-80g of protein is a safe zone.

I'm a huge starbucks mocha fan, but I'm cheap with my money. I started brewing my own coffee and I blend it with a splash of natural bliss mocha coffee creamer, 1.5 scoops of gnc's wheybolic extreme 60 chocolate protein, ice, and a packet of sweetner. I'm happy, because I get my caffeine kick and protein in one.

i only like the mango peach and the pineapple orange banana flavors because i mix them with cucumber and all kinds of berries for my smoothies. those two taste great! for chocolate flavoring, i take wheybolic extreme 60 chocolate from gnc.
