Ditto what Tracey said. I ended up leaving my first study at 1:30 in morning bc I hadn't gotten 1 bit of sleep, was itchy and leg leads kept popping off (Hello! I told the guy I moved my legs to get to sleep yet he gave me no slack.). As I was leaving, they told me that I could've taken a sleeping pill. On my re-do study, I took an Ambien, brought my own bedding in case I'd been allergic to the detergent in their sheets and took an antihistamine. Plus, I insisted that they give me plenty of room for me to move my arms and legs. Much better and I slept for 5 hrs. Same thing when I had to go back for CPAP.
