Mommydearest74 replied to Mommydearest74's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Just keep what your doing, are you keeping record of what you are eating? If so make sure your carb intake is always below 45grams a day and try increasing your Water intake. The upping of your excersise and protein fantastic keep it up eventually it will start again. -
Fantastic, all the best on your way to ONEderland.

I had the flu two weeks ago my stomach shrunk
Mommydearest74 posted a topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
Hello anyone else having this, I had the flu two weeks ago and I'm not complaining or anything really I'm not but just curious, I can't eat like I used too. It seems like i am back where i was when i was three months out. I can't even drink a 8oz protein shake without being in full force tummy pain. And I'm almost six months out my calorie intake went from 750 back down to 400 on good days. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this after they had gotten sick. Sincerely Linda -

I know exactly how you feel, but from what I have learned here on the forums is it will happen it is normal. When I started this thread I was in a panic. I found that upping your exercise to more intense really helped quite a bit. So just keep doing what your doing follow all instructions given and you will get through this.
