[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]I was always the BIGGEST girl in class or of any of my friends. I got to the point to where I just gave up I was gaining 50 pounds a year for about 3 years. ( no lie!) [/size][/font]
[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]I hated myself and thought I had no place in this world except to be a fat,lazy,slob. I had severe sleep apnea and pretty bad type 2 diabetes, I had to wear a C-PAP and the doctor told me to "watch what I ate" for my diabetes, but I never did. I was up to 360lbs at 17 years old, my doctor said I would be about 420lbs before my 18th birthday. I was mortified at the news but I really didn't care because I lost all hope, but thats all in the past. I have lost about 100lbs in 16 months, no more C-PAP or sleep apnea or diabetes I am feeling better that I ever have and I plan to keep working at it to reach my goal of 160lbs - ish :)[/size][/font]
